Making The Site Agent-Ready

Agent-ready is not the same thing as SEO. Search optimization helps, but agents need a smaller and more explicit surface.

The first pass adds:

• a sitemap and RSS feed
• a concise /llms.txt
• AI crawler policy in robots.txt
• Content Signals for search, input, and training preferences
• Cloudflare Link headers for discovery
• Markdown fallbacks for posts and indexes

The goal is not to pretend the site has APIs it does not have. The goal is to make the content cheap to discover and hard to misread.
